Refund Policy

Overview
This Refund Policy applies to services arranged directly with Alrebro. Because our productized packages and custom engagements involve manual work — outreach, content creation, technical implementation, or strategy — refund eligibility depends on the stage of work at the time of a cancellation request.
Productized Services (e.g. Link Building, Guest Posting)
- If a cancellation request is made before any outreach, content creation, or placement work has begun, a full refund will be issued.
- If work is already in progress (for example, outreach has started or content has been drafted), a partial refund may be issued reflecting the work already completed.
- Once a package has been fully delivered, no refund will be issued. If a delivered placement does not meet the agreed specification, we will work with you to fix it at no additional cost rather than issue a refund.
Custom Engagements and Monthly Retainers
- Custom strategy engagements and monthly retainers are billed for the period of work performed. If you wish to cancel an ongoing retainer, notify us before the start of the next billing period; work already completed in the current period is non-refundable.
- Custom engagements do not carry long-term lock-in contracts — you may cancel future months at any time.
Website Design & Development
Website projects are scoped and invoiced in stages. Refunds are assessed per completed stage: deposits for stages not yet started are refundable, while payment for completed stages (design, development, or delivered milestones) is non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp or the Contact page with your order details. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 1 business day.
Non-Refundable Items
Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (such as premium guest post placements paid to external publishers) are non-refundable once committed.
